Why This Morning Drink Containing Olive Oil Is Part of My Daily Routine
Every morning, one of the first things I do is drink a simple mixture of extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, honey, and a small pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
I don't expect one drink to transform my health. Instead, I view it as one small habit that complements the other healthy choices I make throughout the day.
