Healthy Eating Everyday

Each day on an empty stomach I take a cup of water that has been boiled then cooled, add a teaspoon of Olive Oil, add a teaspoon of Honey, add a pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt then squeeze in the juice of a lemon. This drink aids digestion, boosts heart health and supports immunity.

Next I eat a handful of Pumpkin seeds, Walnuts and Cashews. This also boosts heart health and supports immunity.

Pre-Breakfast

i then make my breakfast which today as indicated in the image below was Organic Kashi cereal with fresh Blueberries, Strawberries and Raspberries. In addition I also ate fresh Honey Dew and consumed a small glass of Orange juice. Before consuming the cereal I sprinkled on Cinnamon, Chia seeds and Fennel seed.

Cinnamon, Chia seeds and Fennel seeds provide the following

Breakfast


After breakfast I peel fresh Ginger, add it to a pan, enter boiled water into the pan, let it steep for 15 minutes then strain the water into a cup. I drink 2 cups of Ginger Green Tea which has the following benefits

  • Helps maintain blood sugar control
  • Antibacterial
  • Aids in digestion
  • Relieves nasal congestion
Post-Breakfast

To end my healthy day I take the following as sleeps aids
  • 2 kiwis and a Banana with Cinnamon
  • 2 magnesium tablets
  • A handful of Walnuts 
  • A cup of Peppermint Green Tea

About an hour before I got to bed I take 2 Cloves as an aid to digestion.
