My Rucking experience
I have been Rucking for over 6 months now and I love it. I started off with about 1/2 of the weights in the vest and now I have the full 35 pounds in the vest. It is the best workout I have ever done.
I do 4 laps around my block which takes about an hour. In addition to this during each Rucking session I also do 40 squats, 200 deep breathing exercises and 200 reverse sit-ups. After my session is complete I Ruck the stairs in my house recently having increased from 130 stairs to 260 stairs. Both before and after each Rucking session I also while wearing the vest do 50 Crunches and 50 Bicycles for a total of 100 each session.
My wife also bought a Rucking vest and has gone Rucking a few times in the house and in the yard.
When I take the vest off I feel like I can fly and when I go to bed after Rucking earlier in the day I sleep like a baby.
