Twas the night before Thanksgiving - Sorry wrong holiday.
Tonight after my Rucking was completed I made a healthy meal consisting of mashed potatoes, turkey meatballs cooked in olive oil ( The only oil I eat or cook with ) and steamed broccoli. On the mashed potatoes and the broccoli I added just butter containing olive oil and sea salt. In addition to being healthy the meal was also delicious.
I posted a video of my healthy meal below as well as a photo of what tomorrow's Thanksgiving meal will look like.
Below are Thanksgiving tips from someone that lost and has kept off 52 pounds. 1. Eat a small breakfast tomorrow 2. Don't eat lunch 3. If you find yourself getting hungry eat celery as it is mostly water and/or drink a good amount of water 4. If you are hungry after the meal eat more vegetables not more Turkey, Potatoes and Gravy 5. You can have dessert but a slice not an entire pie 6. If you feel guilty after eating just run an extra lap on Friday 7. If you still feel guilty after eating run multiple extra laps and maybe lift weights for an extra 15 to 30 minutes on Friday Happy Thanksgiving Everyone !!
