1. In a mixing blow add 1 1/3 cups of plain non fat Greek yogurt
2. Add 3 eggs
3. Add 1/2 cup of honey
4. Put this mixture in a baking bowl covered with parchment paper
5. Cook this mixture at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
6. As you can see from the image I added Strawberries but sometimes I add Bananas or Blueberries or Raspberries
This dessert which I call "Rick's Flan" is quick to make and healthy as it contains non fat yogurt, a protein source of eggs and honey which contains antioxidants that may aid in blood sugar management, improves heart health and promotes digestive health - It is also very tasty
