1. Add 1 and 1/3 cups of plain non-fat Greek yogurt in a bowl
2. Add 3 eggs
3. Add 1/2 cup of honey
4. Pour this mixture in a baking pan covered with parchment paper
5. Cook the mixture at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
6. As you can see from the image I added strawberries. - Sometimes I add raisins, raspberries, blueberries or bananas and complete the dessert by sprinkling on some cinnamon.
I call this "Rick's Flan", it is quick to make and healthy as it:
- Contains non-fat yogurt
- Contains a protein source of eggs
- Contains honey which is full of antioxidants that may aid in blood sugar management
- Improves heart health
- Promotes digestive health.
- Is also very tasty.
