When I first stepped into retirement, I thought part-time work would give me the perfect balance - less stress with more freedom. But the reality? It felt like the same corporate treadmill, just moving slower.

Now, I ruck ( walk with a 35 pound weight vest ) 5 days a week and lift weights 2 to 4 times. It's not about chasing six-pack abs - it's about staying strong, mobile, and independent.
