Before you Begin Your Journey

1. Know Your "Why"

2. Keep It Real

Set achievable goals - like losing 1-2 pounds per week. Small wins add up. Dropping even 5% of your weight can make a big difference in your health and confidence.

3. Commit to Yourself

Invest in your goals. Whether it's gym membership, a fitness class, or an app with reminders, putting skin in the game makes you more likely to stay consistent.

4. Find What Fits Your Life

Ditch extreme diets. Instead, tweak your habits: eat smaller portions, cut back on snacks, and add more fruits and veggies. Make a plan you can actually stick to.

5. Make Exercise Fun

Exercise isn't a chore if you love it. Explore different activities until you find your thing, whether it's group classes, solo workouts, or dancing in your living room. Bonus tip: pair your workouts with music to boost your mood and stamina.

Do I always finish everything? Nope. But at day’s end, I reassess. If I’m overloading myself, I tweak the list to make it more realistic. This daily ritual keeps me on track with my goals—whether it’s eating healthy, staying active, or maintaining my weight loss.

The secret? A simple list helps turn intention into action. Try it—because nothing feels better than crossing off a win!
